GBRacist demeanor The front desk is the only good customer service. The young man assisting us didn’t want to assist us. He lied and said my husband already had an account and tried to antagonize us. He would not call another department to find out my previous account was in good standing. He was rude and racist. He basically tried to discourage us the moment he came to the counter and coldly stated I will be the one assisting you. So many Unnecessary questions such as “Why are you two applying together?” We looked at each other and back at him and said, because we handle everything joint together. Worst experience from a business ever. We tried to give 67th and Indianschool Rd the benefit of the doubt. I could write a book of all of the wrongs that occurred. We will be contacting the BBB

GBHave been going to cash time for a… Have been going to cash time for a number of years now and these guys have always helped me out when an emergency arises. With a low payment and friendly staff, I will continue to use cash time myself and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a loan that is quick to pay off.

GBReps are hanging up on you right at… Reps are hanging up on you right at pick up, phone thrashing sounds and hang up, 4 times in one hour so I called baseline office, another very bad rude rep sounds like quiet quitting or some crap, I needed cash time services in time of emergency and here is how it went, First loan paid off first month, second loan made three payments, and new I would need an increase as we were trying to get out of California in my dad's motor home, when I called two weeks later I was told only fourth dollar increase after being told one to 150 Dollars, so hung up to secure the fourth in two days, then after being hung up on twice finally a very unhappy rude rep, female, I was asked ? By her how much do you need, I said 100 would be good, it was worked out until I asked if I could have it deposited in a different bank, put on hold then told oops no loan. Because you were late on your last payment, which I explained my SSI payment happens on the 1rst so Andrew change it to the first, so he said, I hung up stressed out, called back on a hunch a week later on Wednesday the 18th, this time I was told 300 dollars I qualify for so we did all the signing and all references were done, now it's Sunday have to wait till Monday I friggin hope for the 300, I'm thankful but that was two business days, it should have been more important than that because it meant so much to us for water food dog food gas propane for heat as I live in an RV , thanks for the ergengcey on the matter, if I ever use cash time again I'll call on a Monday and hope it's not a rep that doesn't like her job.

GBHave borrowed from this company… Have borrowed from this company multiple times and it was always a postive experience. The rates are high like all title loan companys but not as high as others but if you are responsible with your loan and pay it back quickly its not to bad. But when you are in a pinch they are their to help and have came through for me every time. It also helps that their loan specialists are very professional and friendly and dont make you feel guilty about having to borrow money.
