USThe loan officer there was very… The loan officer there was very friendly and helpful. I will say that I am disappointed that you still have to fill out paper work (answering the exact same questions you did online); kind of defeats the purpose. Supposedly it helps move things along faster, but it was pretty much the same as just walking in, which was kind of irritating. But it was hard to stay upset when the Rep helping me was so friendly. The online function definitely needs to be improved. I mean if they are quick to call you WHILE you are still working on the online application, then why aren't they so quick to approve once you've submitted bank credentials and everything? Especially if they are expecting you to come in at a specific time.

USThe representavie was very nice and… The representavie was very nice and made everything so easy.I give her 10 stars for being so nice. Not less I sent my sister a few months ago and all they did was give her the run around and didn't even get the money.The other represenative was rude and un proffessional.

USWould not recommend Rude employees. They stand around speaking Spanish while ignoring most of the customers waiting. Took over an hour and a half to complete the loan. The employees working the day I went are the reason I'd never go back or recommend this place. Waited over 15 minutes before I was given an application, then 20 more for her to take it from me after I finished it. They give preference to certain customers and ignore the others. Truthfully, it's discrimination. Terrible experience

USCashtime Rocks I have been fortunate enough to get a loan from Cashtime when NOONE else would. I am a repeat customer who gets greeted at different locations with Excellent customer service. I have always paid my loans back and would recommend Cashtime to everyone .

USRacist demeanor The front desk is the only good customer service. The young man assisting us didn’t want to assist us. He lied and said my husband already had an account and tried to antagonize us. He would not call another department to find out my previous account was in good standing. He was rude and racist. He basically tried to discourage us the moment he came to the counter and coldly stated I will be the one assisting you. So many Unnecessary questions such as “Why are you two applying together?” We looked at each other and back at him and said, because we handle everything joint together. Worst experience from a business ever. We tried to give 67th and Indianschool Rd the benefit of the doubt. I could write a book of all of the wrongs that occurred. We will be contacting the BBB
