GBBirch Gold / Goldstar Trust - NO support After They Take Your Money All Birch did was a broker the rollover and set me up with Goldstar Trust who has horrible reviews and service. I never got the legal docs sent to me as required by law to sign for. I got my first account statement 3 weeks after purchase and was down 35% on my investment. Despite rising gold prices, my account is hemorrhaging money. Good luck getting a human on the phone. Worst mistake ever.
