GBBirch Gold / Goldstar Trust - NO support After They Take Your Money All Birch did was a broker the rollover and set me up with Goldstar Trust who has horrible reviews and service. I never got the legal docs sent to me as required by law to sign for. I got my first account statement 3 weeks after purchase and was down 35% on my investment. Despite rising gold prices, my account is hemorrhaging money. Good luck getting a human on the phone. Worst mistake ever.

GBFirst Time buyer I have always been a little Leary of investing So I thought physical gold. I've heard of Birch Gold from people who I follow who probably would not lead me down a bad path I looked into BBB and found very credible. The people very helpful and after telling them I didn't really understand. They sent me videos and other educational information. Made me feel l made a good decision. Would definitely recommend feel they went out of way to answer my concerns.
