I've heard of Birch Gold from people who I follow who probably would not lead me down a bad path I looked into BBB and found very credible. The people very helpful and after telling them I didn't really understand. They sent me videos and other educational information. Made me feel l made a good decision. Would definitely recommend feel they went out of way to answer my concerns.

GBBirch Gold / Goldstar Trust - NO support After They Take Your Money All Birch did was a broker the rollover and set me up with Goldstar Trust who has horrible reviews and service. I never got the legal docs sent to me as required by law to sign for. I got my first account statement 3 weeks after purchase and was down 35% on my investment. Despite rising gold prices, my account is hemorrhaging money. Good luck getting a human on the phone. Worst mistake ever.

GBChris and Brock were great to work… Chris and Brock were great to work with. They explained everything to us and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. No pressure just lots of information. If we did not understand they would take the time to explain until we understood completely. Will definitely use them again
