Customer service can't be beat Customer service can't be beat. There is a learning curve changing brokers. I am always able to get someone on the phone quickly and they have been able to answer my questions without escalating to another level. Courtesy emails are sent to keep you up to speed on procedures. I highly recommend ChoiceTrade
