Kim Shackelford @ Better Lending was… Kim Shackelford @ Better Lending was amazing! What ever your team is paying her, it isn't enough! Her work ethic was incredible / late night questions answered / weekends it didn't matter! Response time was Immediate! I am a retired Air Force Chief Master Sgt and have supervised thousands of troops and she easily would sit at the top 1% when it comes to knowledge, energy, attitude, and with a positive outlook while walking you through each step of the process! Excellent Service!!! This was a great experience my loan officer, Adam McCormick was amazing!!! He walked me through the entire process and explained every step. He always responded to my calls and emails no matter the time. Answers to all my questions were met in a timely manner. I would recommend Better Lending for your mortgage needs anytime. I got a decent rate and am completely satisfied.

I highly recommend better lending to… I highly recommend better lending to anybody. Anand worked with me as he was very patient and help me through every step. It almost felt like he was family as the way he was helping me out. I definitely will say I didn't even think I'd get approved and he was able to help me get proof of more than what I expected and we were able to close under 30 days.
