The shift to LSQ has been a nightmare… The shift to LSQ has been a nightmare for our accounting teams. We pay for AR services from LSQ, yet we don't spend any less time performing AR functions. When a company makes a switch to a new supplier and it costs more and takes just as much or more time, and the service from LSQ is slower than the previous source of funds, that's not a good move for a company. I hope that some reads this message, takes it to heart and actually does something to improve LSQ's service. Some of our team has worked with LSQ in the past and now again, and they say that LSQ is as bad today as they were in the past.
