Buyers beware Buyers beware - they have a hard and fast return policy - do not exceed 30 days - our pet passed away - we were on auto ship - I contacted them 9 days after the 30 days and they will not allow a return and refund. Chewy.com is far more reputable and easy to deal with. I normally don't scar companies up on social media but this is just bad business and everyone should be aware of what kind of company you are dealing with.

I would give 1 star if possible I would give 1 star if possible. I paid shipping and handling for a joint supplement. I bought a vitamen supplement at the same time.My dog won't touch either. I'm pretty savvy about on-line purchases but they got me...there was no mention of a subscription anywhere but apparently if you order from them they hook you up with an unwanted subscription...a very pricey subscription for 1 bottle of supplement. My credit card was hit for $96.00. Do yourselves a favor and stay far far away from from this company. I never even set up an account with these guys!

Devious Sales Practice I ordered some dog-itch supplement from an ad i saw on Instagram. I included a bottle of multi-vitamins. Unbeknownst to me, they put me on a subscription plan. So after receiving the next shipment, I went on their website and cancelled future deliveries and had my bank note a "do not pay" future charges on my credit card account. I was told this is now common practice so beware! Last time I buy anything through Instagram. The world seems to be full of scammers!

Stronger Doggie Charlie lost his leg shortly before we adopted him. We started him on PetJoy's Joint supplement to help his other leg become stronger. You should see this dog GO! I swear he has never missed that leg!

Recommend Pro Digest I received a free bottle of the Pro Digest & a free bottle of the Advanced Daily Multivitamin Soft Chews I just had to pay $6.95 for shipping. The Pro Digest really helped my dog with his scratching and biting. I cancelled my order in time and then received an email stating they had shipped another order to me. I was able to contact them by phone & she verified that was a default email and no shipment is coming. I just had to wait awhile to speak to someone from the US and not a foreign country. I recommend this product.
