This company does not allow to cancel a… This company does not allow to cancel a subscription!!! This is my 3rd attempt to cancel! You can’t cancel on their website nor by calling to reach someone is impossible! They just continue to charge my card even after I canceled. Unsatisfied customer!! Bad customer service!!!

After all the aggravation over the last few months that was my first and last purchase from GMR. It's not about the money it's about getting what you pay for. HORRIBLE! CAVEAT EMPTOR!! HORRIBLE!! Caveat Emptor!! Let the BUYER BEWARE!! Placed an order on 10/27. Was told the order would ship within 14 business days. After waiting for over a month with no resolution (despite my sending multiple emails, and making two telephone calls). I filed a dispute with my card company. Immediately I receive a notice that “part of my order has shipped”, The tracking info states, however, that a label has been printed, but the shipper is still awaiting the package. Imagine that!! Still no correspondence about the balance of my order. Do yourself a favor and purchase precious metals from a reliable, trustworthy dealer, such as SD Bullion, APMEX, etc.
