Good Bullion Company The mutiny metals I bought here were fairly priced, packaged well, and shipped normally. The product is triple 9 precious metals and beautiful. Company web page is easy to use. What’s different with gmrgold compared to other bullion companies is their customer service. They like to talk on the phone, they will answer quickly with a live person and they’ll follow up with you to see if they can help you with any other purchases or issues.

Purchased a silver Trump Mugshot coin… Purchased a silver Trump Mugshot coin on 10/28/2023. Never heard anything until I got an email in 11/10/2023 asking me to review my purchase, which I had not received. It is now 12/13/2023 and I have not heard a word from them. Not an apology. Nothing about it being delayed. Nothing. As of today it still shows in stock on their website but I can assure you, they are not in stock. Beware of this fraudulent company.

HORRIBLE! CAVEAT EMPTOR!! HORRIBLE!! Caveat Emptor!! Let the BUYER BEWARE!! Placed an order on 10/27. Was told the order would ship within 14 business days. After waiting for over a month with no resolution (despite my sending multiple emails, and making two telephone calls). I filed a dispute with my card company. Immediately I receive a notice that “part of my order has shipped”, The tracking info states, however, that a label has been printed, but the shipper is still awaiting the package. Imagine that!! Still no correspondence about the balance of my order. Do yourself a favor and purchase precious metals from a reliable, trustworthy dealer, such as SD Bullion, APMEX, etc.
