GMR is a great company for the average… GMR is a great company for the average investor. I have worked with Tom @ GMR multiple times. Each time it has been a pleasure. Good values, he is knowledgeable and gives me good options without being pushy. GMR has so far exceeded my expectations. I started with their subscription servers and have expanded from there.

HORRIBLE! CAVEAT EMPTOR!! HORRIBLE!! Caveat Emptor!! Let the BUYER BEWARE!! Placed an order on 10/27. Was told the order would ship within 14 business days. After waiting for over a month with no resolution (despite my sending multiple emails, and making two telephone calls). I filed a dispute with my card company. Immediately I receive a notice that “part of my order has shipped”, The tracking info states, however, that a label has been printed, but the shipper is still awaiting the package. Imagine that!! Still no correspondence about the balance of my order. Do yourself a favor and purchase precious metals from a reliable, trustworthy dealer, such as SD Bullion, APMEX, etc.

Very Poor Shipping Speed I know COVID is out there, but you guys appear to be the only major precious metals dealer who isn’t shipping. I placed an order several weeks ago and not even an update yet. My business has already been taken elsewhere. *Update - Order was placed on June 6th, received shipment on July 11th. I see some reviews during that time frame that state shipping was very quick.
