If not for the equity Trust Company, I would still be unaware to this date, almost a year, this May that my "$50000 in gold and silver had not been deposited in the Delaware depository that Oxford gold had assured me It would be.Three times I've contacted them and three times I have not had my phone call return. Or they told me they would get back with me and did not. I'm started to think I've been taken.

broken promises I opened an account November 2023. My precious metals were to be deposited in 4-6 weeks. In February 2024 I received a letter from the holding company stating they were no longer doing business with Oxford Gold Group. I contacted my rep at OGG and was fed a much of crap. I told him I lost confidence in OGG and wanted a full refund. The rep advised me to contact the owner of OGG. The owner stated I would receive my initial investment in 5-7 business days. This NEVER happened. I made several phone calls and sent several emails to the owner and my rep with NO response. I will continue to try and make contact with the owner and rep and also contact the FTC, BBB, and any agency that can do an investigation into OGG. I would NOT recommend OGG to anyone interested in buying precious metals for many reasons; lack of professionalism, lack of positive customer service and broken promises...
