A Happy Customer!!!!! My experience working with Karcher Smith was excellent. The entire process took about a month and Karcher and Lizette were great. I received emails, text messages, and phone calls constantly updating me with the new status of my loan process. I would recommend Titan Mutal to all of my family and friends and will always be grateful to Karcher for his expertise, professionalism, and patience.

10/10 I was referred by a friend to Titan after shopping around at a few other lenders and unhappy with the options the other companies were offering. Drew and Rainee worked around the clock to ensure I received the loan amount and rate I wanted in a very tight timeline. As a first-time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect but was put at ease with the constant updates and communication. I will certainly refer them to everyone I know and will use them again when it’s time to move.

Old fart here!! No Bull GO GATORS!!! Old fart here, don't really leave reviews unless I am ready to tear em a new one! These folks got me a better deal and took the time to help this old geezer out. They explained the process a good deal to me, called another place before this and got bored hung up. Felt like a robot was taking my order. Leaving this review for actually listening to me and not talking over me even if Im a pain in the . All I care about it the damn results! Total scam Total scam. If you're desperate and can't get a mortgage or loan anywhere else I suppose that being charged exorbitant fees and lied to will work. They stated 2.5% interest rate when in fact it was 4.75% and THEN they rolled all their costs/fees into the loan. Their letter said "Personal and Confidential" as well as "Financial Document Enclosed". They have much of our financial information in the letter which makes my USPS mail a risk to thieves who steal mail for this very purpose. Beware!

Ra Palacio Ra Palacio, My Mortgage Specialist, was amazing as I have told a few friends. He held my hand through out the process, he answer questions, returned calls, repeated himself all with a voice that placed me at easy, helping me to believe that he indeed have my best interest at heart, trustworthy and professional.
