I received emails, text messages, and phone calls constantly updating me with the new status of my loan process. We had an amazing experience with Titan… We had an amazing experience with Titan Mutual and specifically our Loan Officer John S. Thomas. Our refinance closed in 22 days from first contact! John was very responsive to our questions with almost daily contact initiated by him. At the beginning we put some heavy consideration into whether or not to move forward. John helped us to literally list out the “Pros and Cons”. One morning when John was not available we actually got a return call from one of the other Officers to let us know he was in a meeting and would call us back shortly (which he did). Thank you John for all your hard work!

World class customer service!! World class customer service is all I can say about Joshua Branstetter. From the moment we started all the way to the very end. I’m very grateful for his professionalism, patience and understanding. He was upfront where we stood and he found a great program for us to refinance.
