Total scam Total scam. If you're desperate and can't get a mortgage or loan anywhere else I suppose that being charged exorbitant fees and lied to will work. They stated 2.5% interest rate when in fact it was 4.75% and THEN they rolled all their costs/fees into the loan. Their letter said "Personal and Confidential" as well as "Financial Document Enclosed". They have much of our financial information in the letter which makes my USPS mail a risk to thieves who steal mail for this very purpose. Beware!

Painless, stress-free, great representatives... I recently got a FHA loan through Titan Mutual Lending and my loan officer’s name was Charlie Klippel and man let me tell you, he worked his butt off to get me my loan. He told me exactly what I needed to know about the whole loan process (as this was my first mortgage ever) and he made it as easy as possible for me to understand. He also made the process a lot less intimidating than what I had imagined. Overall it was a pleasant experience through and through....and I can honestly say that I plan on doing business with this company for my next home as well.

We had an amazing experience with Titan… We had an amazing experience with Titan Mutual and specifically our Loan Officer John S. Thomas. Our refinance closed in 22 days from first contact! John was very responsive to our questions with almost daily contact initiated by him. At the beginning we put some heavy consideration into whether or not to move forward. John helped us to literally list out the “Pros and Cons”. One morning when John was not available we actually got a return call from one of the other Officers to let us know he was in a meeting and would call us back shortly (which he did).
