I started going under and then titan Mutual called and helped me fix this issue and gave me a little extra in less than 20 days!! Refinancing at its finest My friend referred me to Titan Mutual Lending. I had my doubts given that there are many other large lenders out there. However, they were able to offer me an extremely competitive rate, while lowering my closing costs than initially disclosed. What a treat to work with Adam!

Total scam Total scam. If you're desperate and can't get a mortgage or loan anywhere else I suppose that being charged exorbitant fees and lied to will work. They stated 2.5% interest rate when in fact it was 4.75% and THEN they rolled all their costs/fees into the loan. Their letter said "Personal and Confidential" as well as "Financial Document Enclosed". They have much of our financial information in the letter which makes my USPS mail a risk to thieves who steal mail for this very purpose. Beware!

Ra Palacio Ra Palacio, My Mortgage Specialist, was amazing as I have told a few friends. He held my hand through out the process, he answer questions, returned calls, repeated himself all with a voice that placed me at easy, helping me to believe that he indeed have my best interest at heart, trustworthy and professional.
