Excellent service Initially we had tried other lenders to allow us to refinance as self employed borrowers. After paying for an appraisal and being denied, we had put it behind us. We we're contacted by Titan and spoke with John Thomas. He found out we were able to use other income sources and walked us through the initial paperwork. We always were informed of the status of our loan and closed in 22 days. John thank you for all the work that that your Team put in to help us qualify and close.You found a client for life. Refinancing at its finest My friend referred me to Titan Mutual Lending. I had my doubts given that there are many other large lenders out there.
