Titan Mutual help me fix all of my… Titan Mutual help me fix all of my problems with my old mortgage company, they drop the ball more than 2 times and had raised my mortgage over $400 dollars. I started going under and then titan Mutual called and helped me fix this issue and gave me a little extra in less than 20 days!! Everything went smoothly and I asked every question I could and they gave me that peace of mind that my family needed. So I highly recommend this company!! Thank u Titan Mutual.

Total scam Total scam. If you're desperate and can't get a mortgage or loan anywhere else I suppose that being charged exorbitant fees and lied to will work. They stated 2.5% interest rate when in fact it was 4.75% and THEN they rolled all their costs/fees into the loan. Their letter said "Personal and Confidential" as well as "Financial Document Enclosed". They have much of our financial information in the letter which makes my USPS mail a risk to thieves who steal mail for this very purpose. Beware!
