They explained the process a good deal to me, called another place before this and got bored hung up. Felt like a robot was taking my order. Alain Dang is an excellent Sales… Alain Dang is an excellent Sales Manager and helped my husband and I with our first refinance. He made the process simple and helped us feel confident with the refi. He made sure to explain every detail when we asked and kept us in the loop the entire way. Alain is great to talk to too so it made the process enjoyable. We had an amazing experience with Titan… We had an amazing experience with Titan Mutual and specifically our Loan Officer John S. Thomas. Our refinance closed in 22 days from first contact! John was very responsive to our questions with almost daily contact initiated by him. At the beginning we put some heavy consideration into whether or not to move forward. John helped us to literally list out the “Pros and Cons”. One morning when John was not available we actually got a return call from one of the other Officers to let us know he was in a meeting and would call us back shortly (which he did). Thank you John for all your hard work!
