GBWe had an amazing experience with Titan… We had an amazing experience with Titan Mutual and specifically our Loan Officer John S. Thomas. Our refinance closed in 22 days from first contact! John was very responsive to our questions with almost daily contact initiated by him. At the beginning we put some heavy consideration into whether or not to move forward. John helped us to literally list out the “Pros and Cons”. One morning when John was not available we actually got a return call from one of the other Officers to let us know he was in a meeting and would call us back shortly (which he did). GBBeware of scammers First and foremost, my name is, Alberta Carbajal. On 12/28/2021, I had received a personal and confidential document enclosed from, RE: Lender Blocked for Privacy* EnTrust is not affiliated with current lender. Second, there EST. ESCROW offered me an REFUND AMOUNT of, $3,616.08 and an ID number and that my mortgage will be lowered to, $764.49. worst of all, they asked me to call them to up grade my information on the mortgage!! Last but not least, I don't own a home or have a mortgage. So there for, they just want my personal information, my Social, Birthday Address and my Licence number so they can use my personal information to access what ever they are up to. Please beware that they are scammers out to get your info. and use it for there own personal use. I tried calling them and couldn't get through because it doesn't exist, it's a fax machine! I just want to share with all who are victims, please beware that they are scammers!
