10/10 I was referred by a friend to Titan after shopping around at a few other lenders and unhappy with the options the other companies were offering. Drew and Rainee worked around the clock to ensure I received the loan amount and rate I wanted in a very tight timeline. As a first-time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect but was put at ease with the constant updates and communication. I will certainly refer them to everyone I know and will use them again when it’s time to move.

Total scam Total scam. If you're desperate and can't get a mortgage or loan anywhere else I suppose that being charged exorbitant fees and lied to will work. They stated 2.5% interest rate when in fact it was 4.75% and THEN they rolled all their costs/fees into the loan. Their letter said "Personal and Confidential" as well as "Financial Document Enclosed". They have much of our financial information in the letter which makes my USPS mail a risk to thieves who steal mail for this very purpose. Beware!

We had an amazing experience with Titan… We had an amazing experience with Titan Mutual and specifically our Loan Officer John S. Thomas. Our refinance closed in 22 days from first contact! John was very responsive to our questions with almost daily contact initiated by him. At the beginning we put some heavy consideration into whether or not to move forward. John helped us to literally list out the “Pros and Cons”. One morning when John was not available we actually got a return call from one of the other Officers to let us know he was in a meeting and would call us back shortly (which he did). Thank you John for all your hard work!

Alain Dang is an excellent Sales… Alain Dang is an excellent Sales Manager and helped my husband and I with our first refinance. He made the process simple and helped us feel confident with the refi. He made sure to explain every detail when we asked and kept us in the loop the entire way. Alain is great to talk to too so it made the process enjoyable. World class customer service!! World class customer service is all I can say about Joshua Branstetter. From the moment we started all the way to the very end. I’m very grateful for his professionalism, patience and understanding. He was upfront where we stood and he found a great program for us to refinance. His team also took the time to help us by giving us guidance on how to fix our credit. Excellent job!!
