Total scam Total scam. If you're desperate and can't get a mortgage or loan anywhere else I suppose that being charged exorbitant fees and lied to will work. They stated 2.5% interest rate when in fact it was 4.75% and THEN they rolled all their costs/fees into the loan. Their letter said "Personal and Confidential" as well as "Financial Document Enclosed". They have much of our financial information in the letter which makes my USPS mail a risk to thieves who steal mail for this very purpose. Beware!

Alain Dang is an excellent Sales… Alain Dang is an excellent Sales Manager and helped my husband and I with our first refinance. He made the process simple and helped us feel confident with the refi. He made sure to explain every detail when we asked and kept us in the loop the entire way. Alain is great to talk to too so it made the process enjoyable. Painless, stress-free, great representatives... I recently got a FHA loan through Titan Mutual Lending and my loan officer’s name was Charlie Klippel and man let me tell you, he worked his butt off to get me my loan. He told me exactly what I needed to know about the whole loan process (as this was my first mortgage ever) and he made it as easy as possible for me to understand. He also made the process a lot less intimidating than what I had imagined. Overall it was a pleasant experience through and through....and I can honestly say that I plan on doing business with this company for my next home as well.

Ra Palacio Ra Palacio, My Mortgage Specialist, was amazing as I have told a few friends.
