I’m very grateful for his professionalism, patience and understanding. He was upfront where we stood and he found a great program for us to refinance. Refinancing at its finest My friend referred me to Titan Mutual Lending. I had my doubts given that there are many other large lenders out there. However, they were able to offer me an extremely competitive rate, while lowering my closing costs than initially disclosed. What a treat to work with Adam!

Total scam Total scam. If you're desperate and can't get a mortgage or loan anywhere else I suppose that being charged exorbitant fees and lied to will work. They stated 2.5% interest rate when in fact it was 4.75% and THEN they rolled all their costs/fees into the loan. Their letter said "Personal and Confidential" as well as "Financial Document Enclosed". They have much of our financial information in the letter which makes my USPS mail a risk to thieves who steal mail for this very purpose. Beware!
