10/10 I was referred by a friend to Titan after shopping around at a few other lenders and unhappy with the options the other companies were offering. We had an amazing experience with Titan… We had an amazing experience with Titan Mutual and specifically our Loan Officer John S. Thomas. Our refinance closed in 22 days from first contact! John was very responsive to our questions with almost daily contact initiated by him. At the beginning we put some heavy consideration into whether or not to move forward. John helped us to literally list out the “Pros and Cons”. One morning when John was not available we actually got a return call from one of the other Officers to let us know he was in a meeting and would call us back shortly (which he did).
