Total scam Total scam. If you're desperate and can't get a mortgage or loan anywhere else I suppose that being charged exorbitant fees and lied to will work. They stated 2.5% interest rate when in fact it was 4.75% and THEN they rolled all their costs/fees into the loan. Their letter said "Personal and Confidential" as well as "Financial Document Enclosed". They have much of our financial information in the letter which makes my USPS mail a risk to thieves who steal mail for this very purpose. Beware!

World class customer service!! World class customer service is all I can say about Joshua Branstetter. From the moment we started all the way to the very end. I’m very grateful for his professionalism, patience and understanding. He was upfront where we stood and he found a great program for us to refinance. His team also took the time to help us by giving us guidance on how to fix our credit. Excellent job!!

Old fart here!! No Bull GO GATORS!!! Old fart here, don't really leave reviews unless I am ready to tear em a new one! These folks got me a better deal and took the time to help this old geezer out. They explained the process a good deal to me, called another place before this and got bored hung up. Felt like a robot was taking my order. Leaving this review for actually listening to me and not talking over me even if Im a pain in the . All I care about it the damn results! Getting my new AC Baby! wooo 6 BITS A DOLLAR ALL FOR THE GATORS STAND UP AND HOLLER!
