We had an amazing experience with Titan… We had an amazing experience with Titan Mutual and specifically our Loan Officer John S. Thomas. Our refinance closed in 22 days from first contact! John was very responsive to our questions with almost daily contact initiated by him. At the beginning we put some heavy consideration into whether or not to move forward. John helped us to literally list out the “Pros and Cons”. One morning when John was not available we actually got a return call from one of the other Officers to let us know he was in a meeting and would call us back shortly (which he did). Titan Mutual help me fix all of my… Titan Mutual help me fix all of my problems with my old mortgage company, they drop the ball more than 2 times and had raised my mortgage over $400 dollars.
