10/10 I was referred by a friend to Titan after shopping around at a few other lenders and unhappy with the options the other companies were offering. Drew and Rainee worked around the clock to ensure I received the loan amount and rate I wanted in a very tight timeline. As a first-time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect but was put at ease with the constant updates and communication. I will certainly refer them to everyone I know and will use them again when it’s time to move.

Ra Palacio Ra Palacio, My Mortgage Specialist, was amazing as I have told a few friends. He held my hand through out the process, he answer questions, returned calls, repeated himself all with a voice that placed me at easy, helping me to believe that he indeed have my best interest at heart, trustworthy and professional. Painless, stress-free, great representatives... I recently got a FHA loan through Titan Mutual Lending and my loan officer’s name was Charlie Klippel and man let me tell you, he worked his butt off to get me my loan. He told me exactly what I needed to know about the whole loan process (as this was my first mortgage ever) and he made it as easy as possible for me to understand. He also made the process a lot less intimidating than what I had imagined. Overall it was a pleasant experience through and through....and I can honestly say that I plan on doing business with this company for my next home as well.

Total scam Total scam. If you're desperate and can't get a mortgage or loan anywhere else I suppose that being charged exorbitant fees and lied to will work. They stated 2.5% interest rate when in fact it was 4.75% and THEN they rolled all their costs/fees into the loan. Their letter said "Personal and Confidential" as well as "Financial Document Enclosed". They have much of our financial information in the letter which makes my USPS mail a risk to thieves who steal mail for this very purpose. Beware!
