Ra Palacio Ra Palacio, My Mortgage Specialist, was amazing as I have told a few friends. He held my hand through out the process, he answer questions, returned calls, repeated himself all with a voice that placed me at easy, helping me to believe that he indeed have my best interest at heart, trustworthy and professional. It was a pleasure working with Ra. For me he went above and beyond and I will always be thankful for him! I was comfortable with each step of the process. Thank you Ra! Total scam Total scam. If you're desperate and can't get a mortgage or loan anywhere else I suppose that being charged exorbitant fees and lied to will work. They stated 2.5% interest rate when in fact it was 4.75% and THEN they rolled all their costs/fees into the loan. Their letter said "Personal and Confidential" as well as "Financial Document Enclosed". They have much of our financial information in the letter which makes my USPS mail a risk to thieves who steal mail for this very purpose. Beware!

Great service and respect for my time… Great service and respect for my time and wishes. My only suggestion would be to simplify and /or reduce the tremendous amount of paperwork. World class customer service!! World class customer service is all I can say about Joshua Branstetter. From the moment we started all the way to the very end. I’m very grateful for his professionalism, patience and understanding. He was upfront where we stood and he found a great program for us to refinance. His team also took the time to help us by giving us guidance on how to fix our credit. Excellent job!!

We had an amazing experience with Titan… We had an amazing experience with Titan Mutual and specifically our Loan Officer John S. Thomas. Our refinance closed in 22 days from first contact! John was very responsive to our questions with almost daily contact initiated by him. At the beginning we put some heavy consideration into whether or not to move forward. John helped us to literally list out the “Pros and Cons”. One morning when John was not available we actually got a return call from one of the other Officers to let us know he was in a meeting and would call us back shortly (which he did). Thank you John for all your hard work!
