Beware of scammers First and foremost, my name is, Alberta Carbajal. On 12/28/2021, I had received a personal and confidential document enclosed from, RE: Lender Blocked for Privacy* EnTrust is not affiliated with current lender. Second, there EST. ESCROW offered me an REFUND AMOUNT of, $3,616.08 and an ID number and that my mortgage will be lowered to, $764.49. worst of all, they asked me to call them to up grade my information on the mortgage!! Last but not least, I don't own a home or have a mortgage. So there for, they just want my personal information, my Social, Birthday Address and my Licence number so they can use my personal information to access what ever they are up to. Please beware that they are scammers out to get your info. and use it for there own personal use. I tried calling them and couldn't get through because it doesn't exist, it's a fax machine! I just want to share with all who are victims, please beware that they are scammers!

Excellent service Initially we had tried other lenders to allow us to refinance as self employed borrowers. After paying for an appraisal and being denied, we had put it behind us. We we're contacted by Titan and spoke with John Thomas. He found out we were able to use other income sources and walked us through the initial paperwork. Painless, stress-free, great representatives... I recently got a FHA loan through Titan Mutual Lending and my loan officer’s name was Charlie Klippel and man let me tell you, he worked his butt off to get me my loan. He told me exactly what I needed to know about the whole loan process (as this was my first mortgage ever) and he made it as easy as possible for me to understand. He also made the process a lot less intimidating than what I had imagined. Overall it was a pleasant experience through and through....and I can honestly say that I plan on doing business with this company for my next home as well.
