Excellent service Initially we had tried other lenders to allow us to refinance as self employed borrowers. After paying for an appraisal and being denied, we had put it behind us. Painless, stress-free, great representatives... I recently got a FHA loan through Titan Mutual Lending and my loan officer’s name was Charlie Klippel and man let me tell you, he worked his butt off to get me my loan. He told me exactly what I needed to know about the whole loan process (as this was my first mortgage ever) and he made it as easy as possible for me to understand. He also made the process a lot less intimidating than what I had imagined. Overall it was a pleasant experience through and through....and I can honestly say that I plan on doing business with this company for my next home as well.
