Titan Mutual Lending experience was… Titan Mutual Lending experience was great refinancing our home. Melissa Baldwin was amazing always available to answer any questions we had. I am recommending anyone who wants to refinance their home to Titan especially Melissa. Thank you Melissa you made the process so painless.

Total scam Total scam. If you're desperate and can't get a mortgage or loan anywhere else I suppose that being charged exorbitant fees and lied to will work. They stated 2.5% interest rate when in fact it was 4.75% and THEN they rolled all their costs/fees into the loan. Their letter said "Personal and Confidential" as well as "Financial Document Enclosed". They have much of our financial information in the letter which makes my USPS mail a risk to thieves who steal mail for this very purpose. Beware!

Great service and respect for my time… Great service and respect for my time and wishes. My only suggestion would be to simplify and /or reduce the tremendous amount of paperwork. 10/10 I was referred by a friend to Titan after shopping around at a few other lenders and unhappy with the options the other companies were offering. Drew and Rainee worked around the clock to ensure I received the loan amount and rate I wanted in a very tight timeline. As a first-time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect but was put at ease with the constant updates and communication. I will certainly refer them to everyone I know and will use them again when it’s time to move.
