I received emails, text messages, and phone calls constantly updating me with the new status of my loan process. I would recommend Titan Mutal to all of my family and friends and will always be grateful to Karcher for his expertise, professionalism, and patience.

Total scam Total scam. If you're desperate and can't get a mortgage or loan anywhere else I suppose that being charged exorbitant fees and lied to will work. They stated 2.5% interest rate when in fact it was 4.75% and THEN they rolled all their costs/fees into the loan. Their letter said "Personal and Confidential" as well as "Financial Document Enclosed". They have much of our financial information in the letter which makes my USPS mail a risk to thieves who steal mail for this very purpose. Beware!

They explained the process a good deal to me, called another place before this and got bored hung up. Felt like a robot was taking my order.
