World class customer service!! World class customer service is all I can say about Joshua Branstetter. From the moment we started all the way to the very end. I’m very grateful for his professionalism, patience and understanding. He was upfront where we stood and he found a great program for us to refinance. His team also took the time to help us by giving us guidance on how to fix our credit. Excellent job!!

Total scam Total scam. If you're desperate and can't get a mortgage or loan anywhere else I suppose that being charged exorbitant fees and lied to will work. They stated 2.5% interest rate when in fact it was 4.75% and THEN they rolled all their costs/fees into the loan. Their letter said "Personal and Confidential" as well as "Financial Document Enclosed". They have much of our financial information in the letter which makes my USPS mail a risk to thieves who steal mail for this very purpose. Beware!

Excellent service Initially we had tried other lenders to allow us to refinance as self employed borrowers. After paying for an appraisal and being denied, we had put it behind us. We we're contacted by Titan and spoke with John Thomas. He found out we were able to use other income sources and walked us through the initial paperwork. We always were informed of the status of our loan and closed in 22 days. John thank you for all the work that that your Team put in to help us qualify and close.You found a client for life.
