Excellent service Initially we had tried other lenders to allow us to refinance as self employed borrowers. After paying for an appraisal and being denied, we had put it behind us. We we're contacted by Titan and spoke with John Thomas. He found out we were able to use other income sources and walked us through the initial paperwork. Total scam Total scam. If you're desperate and can't get a mortgage or loan anywhere else I suppose that being charged exorbitant fees and lied to will work. They stated 2.5% interest rate when in fact it was 4.75% and THEN they rolled all their costs/fees into the loan. Their letter said "Personal and Confidential" as well as "Financial Document Enclosed". They have much of our financial information in the letter which makes my USPS mail a risk to thieves who steal mail for this very purpose. Beware!
