World class customer service!! World class customer service is all I can say about Joshua Branstetter. From the moment we started all the way to the very end. I’m very grateful for his professionalism, patience and understanding. He was upfront where we stood and he found a great program for us to refinance. Beware of scammers First and foremost, my name is, Alberta Carbajal. On 12/28/2021, I had received a personal and confidential document enclosed from, RE: Lender Blocked for Privacy* EnTrust is not affiliated with current lender. Second, there EST. ESCROW offered me an REFUND AMOUNT of, $3,616.08 and an ID number and that my mortgage will be lowered to, $764.49. worst of all, they asked me to call them to up grade my information on the mortgage!! Last but not least, I don't own a home or have a mortgage. So there for, they just want my personal information, my Social, Birthday Address and my Licence number so they can use my personal information to access what ever they are up to. Please beware that they are scammers out to get your info. and use it for there own personal use. I tried calling them and couldn't get through because it doesn't exist, it's a fax machine! I just want to share with all who are victims, please beware that they are scammers!

Refinancing at its finest My friend referred me to Titan Mutual Lending. I had my doubts given that there are many other large lenders out there. However, they were able to offer me an extremely competitive rate, while lowering my closing costs than initially disclosed. What a treat to work with Adam!

10/10 I was referred by a friend to Titan after shopping around at a few other lenders and unhappy with the options the other companies were offering. Drew and Rainee worked around the clock to ensure I received the loan amount and rate I wanted in a very tight timeline. As a first-time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect but was put at ease with the constant updates and communication. I will certainly refer them to everyone I know and will use them again when it’s time to move.
