Painless, stress-free, great representatives... I recently got a FHA loan through Titan Mutual Lending and my loan officer’s name was Charlie Klippel and man let me tell you, he worked his butt off to get me my loan. He told me exactly what I needed to know about the whole loan process (as this was my first mortgage ever) and he made it as easy as possible for me to understand. He also made the process a lot less intimidating than what I had imagined. Overall it was a pleasant experience through and through....and I can honestly say that I plan on doing business with this company for my next home as well.

Excellent service Initially we had tried other lenders to allow us to refinance as self employed borrowers. After paying for an appraisal and being denied, we had put it behind us. We we're contacted by Titan and spoke with John Thomas. He found out we were able to use other income sources and walked us through the initial paperwork. World class customer service!! World class customer service is all I can say about Joshua Branstetter. From the moment we started all the way to the very end. I’m very grateful for his professionalism, patience and understanding. He was upfront where we stood and he found a great program for us to refinance. His team also took the time to help us by giving us guidance on how to fix our credit. Excellent job!!

Old fart here!! No Bull GO GATORS!!! Old fart here, don't really leave reviews unless I am ready to tear em a new one! These folks got me a better deal and took the time to help this old geezer out. They explained the process a good deal to me, called another place before this and got bored hung up. Felt like a robot was taking my order. Leaving this review for actually listening to me and not talking over me even if Im a pain in the . All I care about it the damn results!
