GB10/10 I was referred by a friend to Titan after shopping around at a few other lenders and unhappy with the options the other companies were offering. Drew and Rainee worked around the clock to ensure I received the loan amount and rate I wanted in a very tight timeline. As a first-time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect but was put at ease with the constant updates and communication. GBA Happy Customer!!!!! My experience working with Karcher Smith was excellent. The entire process took about a month and Karcher and Lizette were great.
