We had an amazing experience with Titan… We had an amazing experience with Titan Mutual and specifically our Loan Officer John S. Thomas. Our refinance closed in 22 days from first contact! John was very responsive to our questions with almost daily contact initiated by him. At the beginning we put some heavy consideration into whether or not to move forward. John helped us to literally list out the “Pros and Cons”. One morning when John was not available we actually got a return call from one of the other Officers to let us know he was in a meeting and would call us back shortly (which he did). 10/10 I was referred by a friend to Titan after shopping around at a few other lenders and unhappy with the options the other companies were offering. Drew and Rainee worked around the clock to ensure I received the loan amount and rate I wanted in a very tight timeline. As a first-time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect but was put at ease with the constant updates and communication. I will certainly refer them to everyone I know and will use them again when it’s time to move.
