Cash Out Made EASY! Awesome experience with Marc Dupuis & his amazing crew!!! Jennifer, Aron & Pedro were instrumental to the process & helped navigate the entire process efficiently. Highly recommend this lender & the program I used!

Marc Dupuis Marc was always quick to reply to any emails and answer my questions. I appreciate the time and patience he provided with my loan process.

Going Above and Beyond As a first time homebuyer, Ron was the perfect loan officer to work with. I was lucky in this crazy market, and got an offer accepted relatively quickly. From pre-approval to closing escrow, Ron explained everything in simple terms so it was easy to understand and I could make the right decision for me. He was responsive in a timely manner to all my questions and needs. In addition, he worked with me to get the numbers where I needed, including re-running numbers several times and explaining all my options. Furthermore, he was in constant communication with my realtor and making sure documents, appraisals, inspection reports, etc. were received sooner than later. Lastly, he would check in several times during the process, just to see how I was doing and feeling. It shows how much he cares about his clients and wants the best for them. Call Ron if you're planning to buy a home!

Best Loan Experience…Ever!!! Like many, as a person with challenging credit due to “life”, normal operating procedure has historically been a never-ending struggle when it comes to the ten (10) or so times I’ve financed or refinanced the two homes I’ve owned over the past 30 years. They got us a great rate and payment, got us more cash back than expected…AND they beat the projected close and funding timelines by 3 days (despite the challenges)! By far the BEST experience we’ve EVER had in 30 years. To Marcel, Adan, and Don and their team at Excelerate thank you thank you thank you!!!

Marc Dupuis was a pleasure to work with… Marc Dupuis was a pleasure to work with and his team at Excelerate made the process bearable, which is often not the case. They were professional and very efficient. And, I would have to add, very understanding of my unique circumstances.
