GBOne of the people came to my house and… One of the people came to my house and was super rude.He was rude and told me not to talk to him because he didnt want to have contact with me.I asked what it was that he was putting in the air vent and he told me not to worry about it and that he couldnt tell me.I am the owner of my house and he had total desregard to what i was asking .The moment he pulled up to my house he was rude andn didnt want to talk to me.I wish there wasnt an issue but sadly it happened.

GBBest Loan Experience…Ever!!! Like many, as a person with challenging credit due to “life”, normal operating procedure has historically been a never-ending struggle when it comes to the ten (10) or so times I’ve financed or refinanced the two homes I’ve owned over the past 30 years. They got us a great rate and payment, got us more cash back than expected…AND they beat the projected close and funding timelines by 3 days (despite the challenges)! GBHORRIBLE Experience HORRIBLE Experience. Do not waste your time/money. Raul Ramos and Gerard Meir are not only unethical, but arrogant about it. They will try to slide in "fees" at the last minute, and when you catch them, they say "well you should be happy we're even able to fund the loan". Gerard bragged about the fact that they cancelled 600+ loans in the past month and said "I get complaints all day, and it's part of why we're still in business". So screwing people is how you stay in business? How about just treating people right so you get repeat business?
