I was skeptical but the team has delivered on all aspects and they are backed by Mastercard. They also seem to have strong fraud controls and a higher authorization rate than other card providers.

GBClient for 3 Months- all great Met Dashfi at an event. They seem to primarily focus on advertising spend, and providing a high rebate. I was only getting on my Amex 1% towards travel and a 60bps statement credit, so the rebate was a no-brainer. Also, got me a high daily limit, which was an issue with declines on Amex and had even worse experience with Brex. Service from my rep is differentiated....checks in weekly to make sure all great. Love seeing companies like this disrupt the big brand cards with service and value

COOne of the worst Fintechs our company… One of the worst Fintechs our company every used. Their support is terrible, any simple matter takes weeks and weeks and weeks. Our account was closed without any prior notification, after almost a month they replied with excuses about their "card provider". Definitely not a company that you want to use for your business payments. Do not trust Dash.Fi at all. Worst experience ever from many different angles, and also I heard bad experiences from my colleagues.

GBNo CC rewards given. Took money without permission. We trusted Zach Johnson, the CEO, because he was a friend of a friend and seemed like a nice guy when we met him. But I don't know if his company is a complete scam or they're just all super incompetent there. We've been using them for a year and a half. Then we got hit with a $695 charge for an annual fee that we were never notified about and never agreed to. They have direct access to our bank account (since the credit cards are paid off from that bank account) so they took it from there without permission. We have also never seen a penny of the rewards promised. They claim the delay is due to their team having to manually calculate the rewards, which seems to be a poor excuse given they are a software company.
