GBTHEY ARE HORRIBLE It would be impossible for me to have had a worse experience. My Rolex was returned to me with lint under the crystal, which makes me believe it was tampered with while Borro held the asset. After paying a hefty amount of interest, I was left without my watch for weeks as it went to Rolex. In addition, the service, interest rates and staff are horrible. I have worked with other asset-backed lenders in the past, including DiamondBanc, and Borro is horrible. The CEO, Dewey Burke, is rude and unprofessional. I was promised a resolution, but never provided one. He is condescending and nasty.

GBTry geting your goods back in 24 hours !! Cash arrived fast but once settled try and get your goods back in 24 hours :-( been told over a week to wait for over of £3000 worth of stuff. They use the excuse of waiting for the safe to open. If you want your goods back dont pay anything or even send anything until you have something in writing otherwise you will end up lending to borro without earning a penny and be put off on the phone with excuses. BE WARNED !!!!!

GBWaste of time if you have newer goods How are you a luxury goods company and unable to verify the authenticity of a LV bag? Anyone in the business knows that lv bags made after 2020 have a CHIP and not a stamp or date inside. They weren’t able to verify and my ONTHEGO tote came back as unknown authenticity 🙄 got it- I literally have the receipt but ok. Not only did they ship the label for next day I’m still waiting on the return of my bag and it’s scheduled to be delivered in a week.
