GBBeware of the lies and don't expect your jewellery back quick I already have items pawned with Borro bit in this occasion I wasn't satisfied with the amount offered so requested my items back. 6 days later I'm still waiting! They at first blamed the Easter holidays then admitted they had made an error - why not do this in the first place, mistakes do happen! I've now lost faith in them. It seems that when you contact then they get your jewellery picked up fast but when you want it back it not very quick at all. Disappointed!

GBTHEY ARE HORRIBLE It would be impossible for me to have had a worse experience. My Rolex was returned to me with lint under the crystal, which makes me believe it was tampered with while Borro held the asset. After paying a hefty amount of interest, I was left without my watch for weeks as it went to Rolex. In addition, the service, interest rates and staff are horrible. I have worked with other asset-backed lenders in the past, including DiamondBanc, and Borro is horrible. The CEO, Dewey Burke, is rude and unprofessional. I was promised a resolution, but never provided one. He is condescending and nasty.

GBKim and Becky are the best! I found Borro by chance when I was looking start my small business. I’ve had to move 3 times this year and the thought of moving expensive goods that many times worried me. Not only was Borro able to fund my small business, they were able to keep my items safe until I am more settled. I loved working with Kim and Becky. I felt as if my items were valued fairly. The ones that I believed had a higher value will atleast be kept safe until the others are paid off.
