Tradesmith is a great company to do… Tradesmith is a great company to do business with. I had a misunderstanding with a subscription i bought. They were very understanding with the problem and resolved it with no problems what so ever. Tradesmith stands behind there products. Would recommend 👌

TradeSmith is clownshow rife with… TradeSmith is clownshow rife with deceptive trading practices. There 90 "satisfaction guaranteed refund" is a fraud. The way their "game" works is: 1) They offer their promotions as big discounts (usually $1,500) 2) when you go to cancel (and want switch to a different program) they offer to do so at the "retail" mark up (which no one EVER pays) - thus making your refund worthless.

Support by Avy The support person, Avy, was extremely knowledgeable, and patient, and determined to get me what I was looking for. It wasn't enough that we got to the individual publication but she was determined to help me get that one particular screen that I saw during the presentation that I watched. She tried different approaches and was, humble enough to say that she was going to ask her colleagues, when we were not getting what I was looking for. Finally took about 15 minutes but she delivered. I have previous experiences where the support person suggests: "just go back to where we were and 'play around' to see if you might run into what you had seen and want to access." Avy needs to be acknowledged for how she performed; and commended for not giving up (as I have experienced with other support persons but NOT with Tradesmith).

Incidentally, how are almost ALL THE REVIEWS DONE IN JANUARY, again not believable. Shame shame. How can people make an informed decision when you create fake reviews?

It has been a 10 out of 10 experience… It has been a 10 out of 10 experience every time I speak with someone from the Tradesmtih team. I called today, and Colin answered, I requested he have Eric call me back to answer a question I had on a previous conversation about Option trading. Colin was helpful in answering chart questions I had while waiting for Eric to be free to call me back. I've spoken to Eric on several occasions. Eric is extremely knowledgeable, whether it's about stocks, options trading, or understanding how to take full advantage of the Tradesmith algorithm system. With Eric's help, I've acquired a better understanding of Options Trading and how to take full advantage of your Tradesmith system, making money along the way. I Wish I had your Tradsmith Algorithms 40 years ago, along with the great support given by the Tradsmith staff. Raymond Climent
