He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient to answer my questions. He made the whole onboarding process very easy and comfortable. A little while later I called back with a question and spoke with Avy. She was also terrific! She was very thorough, patient, friendly and knowledgeable about the site and other services TradeSmith offers. I am super happy with the level of support TradeSmith offers and am looking forward to working with them when needed in order to develop my trading experience. Excellent service and hopefully a few means to make more income, to make getting old easier. I'm 71 and mentally and physically failing. I normally try not to engage in conversation until after noon but Jason's deal was important and the previous night, three of my credit cards were declined. I called and Collin somehow understood what I was trying to convey to him. He was professional, thorough, polite, and most importantly he had a sense of humor. When I become nervous, I speak in tongues and Southern tongues to make understanding me, quite difficult. He did so, and never once did I feel he was talking down to me. I owned a business, so I know a little about people. My clients were the richest of the rich in my city and I good see Collin dealing with them and their peculiarities with no problems. I think it's a gift to deal with all socio-economic classes and make all feel as if that person is, will be the most important person he will speak to all day. She sent me information on the Concierge appt email, so I can learn more about the usage of your website.

Tradesmith is a great company to do… Tradesmith is a great company to do business with. I had a misunderstanding with a subscription i bought. They were very understanding with the problem and resolved it with no problems what so ever. Tradesmith stands behind there products. Would recommend 👌
