GBMe thinks these reviews are fraudulent Me thinks these reviews are fraudulent. Either all 5 Star Raving Reviews which is NOT NORMAL or 1 Star Reviews. Incidentally, how are almost ALL THE REVIEWS DONE IN JANUARY, again not believable. Shame shame. How can people make an informed decision when you create fake reviews?

GBSupport by Avy The support person, Avy, was extremely knowledgeable, and patient, and determined to get me what I was looking for. It wasn't enough that we got to the individual publication but she was determined to help me get that one particular screen that I saw during the presentation that I watched. She tried different approaches and was, humble enough to say that she was going to ask her colleagues, when we were not getting what I was looking for. Finally took about 15 minutes but she delivered. I have previous experiences where the support person suggests: "just go back to where we were and 'play around' to see if you might run into what you had seen and want to access." Avy needs to be acknowledged for how she performed; and commended for not giving up (as I have experienced with other support persons but NOT with Tradesmith).

GBI was very confused I was very confused because of the number of newsletters from various companies that I get. Needed to know exactly what was provided and how best to use that information. The gentleman who answered my call not only helped with newsletter issue but also helped me with Tradesmith portfolio setup and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this company.

GBTradesmith is a great company to do… Tradesmith is a great company to do business with. I had a misunderstanding with a subscription i bought. They were very understanding with the problem and resolved it with no problems what so ever. Tradesmith stands behind there products. Would recommend 👌

CAWonderful onboarding experience today! Thank you Devin & Avy! Today Devin helped me to register for my first service with TradeSmith. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient to answer my questions. He made the whole onboarding process very easy and comfortable. A little while later I called back with a question and spoke with Avy. She was also terrific! She was very thorough, patient, friendly and knowledgeable about the site and other services TradeSmith offers. I am super happy with the level of support TradeSmith offers and am looking forward to working with them when needed in order to develop my trading experience. I'd also like to mention that I very much appreciate Keith Kaplan's sincere, direct and friendly approach as he explains the company and services he leads.
