GBTerrible service - lost all funds! Terrible service, they show you profitable trades when you go onto their demo platform and each week send charts of most of their providers always being positive. I used 3 different providers and within less than 6 months my account got liquidated. £10k down the drain. Contacted them multiple times to complain and no phone calls back. Their charts are miss selling. Looks good on the service but they are not showing the losses correctly!

GBI Originaly deposited $22,000 which… I Originaly deposited $22,000 which reduced within a month to just over 10,500$ with their strategy provider Amber. I withdrew 8,000$ and left 2,500$ to try and re-claim some back. I chose the safest 2 providers I could and the total account value rose slowly for about 6 x weeks to $3500. This has now been wiped out within 2 weeks back down to $1500 with their strategy provider Delta. I would not recommend this service. They introduce brand new providers regularly that are displaying a history of good gains behind them and remove the ones that have crashed out. This in my opinion paints a false picture of returns possible. Another shady aspect of their reporting is that they count the gains a provider makes in their weekly peformance statistics but do not include the losing open trades these providers have open which means they seem to be making money on their graphs but when these losing trades are closed the losses may be massive. Trust me this is a genuine review. Avoid this company. They will wreck you.

IEDuplitrade "Glitch" and Lack of Customer Service Duplitrade reported a "glitch" in their system over a week ago which resulted in 123 trades (opened and closed) on my account in a 25 minute period. I was told by my account manager Johnny that my account would be credited with the loss by last Wednesday 19th June. When this hadn't happened I emailed Johnny again. He replied washing his hands of the problem and said I would need to contact their support. I have emailed them and copied Johnny three times but still no response. The lack of customer service and communication re this problem is as concerning as the problem itself. I am part of an investment forum where many others are in a similar situation to myself 02-Jul-19 Still no refund to my account for the losses and no communication about the plan for resolving this issue. It' over 2 weeks now since it happened 26-Jun-19 I see Duplitrade have reported my review as fake. I can provide account statements and email communication to verify my review if necessary

FRYou will lose your capital DupliTrade service was sold to me by my brooker "Avatrade" as been part of their services which is lie. I've studied the different strategies and have chosen one, I've made the requiered depost 7k and tested the service for 1 month. What I have noticed : the open and close prices aren't the same between my account and the strategy The majority of my trades were closed by SL while still open in the strategy followed. The stratgy was showing profil while I've kept losing money. When I've contacted Duplitrade they explained to me that the SL was due to my brooker and that the delay between open prices is in average compensated. So for the first answer, if you already now that I will never be able to make profil, why do you let me in the strategy? For the other answer, I've not seen any compensation, for 1 month test the delay of trades was always at my disadvantage!!!
