Duplitrade "Glitch" and Lack of Customer Service Duplitrade reported a "glitch" in their system over a week ago which resulted in 123 trades (opened and closed) on my account in a 25 minute period. I was told by my account manager Johnny that my account would be credited with the loss by last Wednesday 19th June. When this hadn't happened I emailed Johnny again. He replied washing his hands of the problem and said I would need to contact their support. I have emailed them and copied Johnny three times but still no response. The lack of customer service and communication re this problem is as concerning as the problem itself. I am part of an investment forum where many others are in a similar situation to myself 02-Jul-19 Still no refund to my account for the losses and no communication about the plan for resolving this issue. It' over 2 weeks now since it happened 26-Jun-19 I see Duplitrade have reported my review as fake. I can provide account statements and email communication to verify my review if necessary

They charged me for 2 years periods through hidden charges without giving me any service. They are associated with Avatrade. I opened an account in Aug 2020. I never took service from them. I prefer to trade manually only on the AVATRADE platform. On 06Jul2022 I found out from Avatrade that they were charging me for every spread I opened by Avatrade. Avatrade took a commission from me without informing me to give it to them. In 2 years period I filled manually 4448 orders. Avatrade charged me by swapping 6245.84 Euros. Now from 06Jul22, I am asking both of them how much they charged me. I want details as my right under the European low. Until today they did not reply to my emails. I wonder who gives them the right in Europe to still our hard working money without giving us any service or inform us. Guys, SAVE YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY. They are spammers under the nose of European rule regulations.

Poor strategy used by their traders Poor strategy used by their traders. I am they have picked their traders from streets. They seem to have no experience at all. lost 2200 GBP today although i closed the trades myself failing which i would lose everything in account. Multiple same direction trades opened back to back too short time despite the clear indication that the market is headed opposite direction. Customer service is useless. They do not care to talk or explain what their future strategy is going to be. Avoid this. Peace of mind is better. Feel free to message me for more info. Lost all capital Minimum sum to copy is high and no risk mitigation option is given to investor like SL copying. Trader is super aggressive and platform does not do anything to limit them. Doubt platform do any continuous auditing of traders once brought onto duplitrade. Lost all capital within 3 days after following for around 8months. Hope my experience helps you

Terrible service - lost all funds! Terrible service, they show you profitable trades when you go onto their demo platform and each week send charts of most of their providers always being positive. I used 3 different providers and within less than 6 months my account got liquidated. £10k down the drain. Contacted them multiple times to complain and no phone calls back. Their charts are miss selling. Looks good on the service but they are not showing the losses correctly!
