USwhat a frustrating experience Where do I begin...For a company that touts making rent easy to pay, all the hours I've spent going in circles has been anything but easy. From not making it easy to get my money back for a rent payment that didn't go through, to all my redirects to Wells Fargo (which just asked me to call Bilt Rewards), to chat bots that go nowhere, to email support that couldn't resolve my asks, to SMS text verifications for purchases that don't make it through to my phone even after calling support, I'm not sure what IS working about this business. I'd suggest the company spend less effort on sending flashy marketing emails to upsell me and resolving critical workflows for their basic value prop helping customers pay their rent. I rarely try new fin-tech services, and I must say, the frustration and disappointment experienced from this one makes me wary of trying others.

USBeware of the link to Wells Fargo The Bilt Mastercard, issued by Wells Fargo, is not all that it seems. Bilt makes it incredibly difficult to setup payments, rejects payments, and provides generally pretty poor customer service. This results in interest and late charges to customers, as well as increased frustration because its not generally possible to send an electronic payment through your primary bank. You will have to send a check or pay through the Wells Fargo website. Maybe the juice is worth the squeeze for you, but having to deal with a bank like Wells Fargo in order to obtain access to a supposedly modern rewards program makes no sense.
