Poor company Totally agree with all of the one star review especially Dr carton. I am sorry, it happened to me too. They charge for insurance and unable to reach them to correct. They way overcharge with high interest a total scam. They pray on medical field.

Balboa Capital charged us hidden fees and stole our deposit. An ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience. Buyer Beware! We recently completed the payoff of our second lease with Balboa Capital. We made EVERY payment on-time allowing Balboa to automatically debit our checking account. Along the way, they took hidden fees for insurances and even changed one of the lease payment amounts claiming they made an error. At the end of the second lease, we requested the return of our security deposit but instead were sent an invoice for $479 as a so-called "termination fee." Over the past several months, Balboa has not returned any of our calls or responded to any of our emails. We have filed a complaint with the Attorney General.
