As an indirect lender, she has been able to give me lots of valuable information on my customers financial situations and the best possible routes for them to take to complete any deals we have. I was given a payoff quote and after… I was given a payoff quote and after our insurance company paid off the FULL amount owed, they still charged me a monthly charge. Then they wouldn't answer their phones, or respond to me. I had to call the manager Venecia who was aggressively rude, she explained that if she runs the amortization for our account, it will show that they took a loss and she will charge me MORE without my authorization... this is the most unethical financing company I have worked with. I also had to ask the manager to lower her voice multiple times.. BUYER BEWARE.
