AS NECESSARY EVILS GO. I believe that most sales people would agree that having financing for our customers is a PLUS but getting them financed is a PAIN. Steve B. at Balboa Capital has been great. He seems to always pick up when I call and my customers report that he is attentive to there needs as well. My boss says that funding is pretty smooth as well. I would suggest you give Steve a chance.

Excellent Customer Service Our business's first experience with Balboa. We needed emergency funding for a piece of equipment crucial to our business. Jake Losik, the rep that we dealt with was efficient, responded quickly and concisely with everything we needed. We had the funding more quickly than expected. He even responded to our questions after hours. It was a very positive experience!

Running insurance scams Running insurance scams. Beware they charged me an extra $1050/ month for an insurance fee for not having insurance. I showed them proof of insurance with no lapse in coverage... they NEVER contacted me to tell me they had an expired certificate and I didn't know my broker didn't send over the new policy. I got charged 4 months that's over $4,000... crystal in the insurance department REFUSED to work on adjusting any of the charges at all. I told her this is a huge hit on my company we are already paying outrageous interest with them and she said she was the highest person anyone could talk to and she was not removing a single charge!!! I'm beyond outraged I am almost thinking about defaulting on the bus and letting them have the bus back. Has a Max force engine that's shot anyway. They can have it!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I was given a payoff quote and after… I was given a payoff quote and after our insurance company paid off the FULL amount owed, they still charged me a monthly charge. Then they wouldn't answer their phones, or respond to me. I had to call the manager Venecia who was aggressively rude, she explained that if she runs the amortization for our account, it will show that they took a loss and she will charge me MORE without my authorization... this is the most unethical financing company I have worked with. I also had to ask the manager to lower her voice multiple times.. BUYER BEWARE.
