Excellent Customer Service Our business's first experience with Balboa. We needed emergency funding for a piece of equipment crucial to our business. Jake Losik, the rep that we dealt with was efficient, responded quickly and concisely with everything we needed. We had the funding more quickly than expected. He even responded to our questions after hours. It was a very positive experience!

Enjoyable experience I'd highly recommend They're very straight forward. I was able to accomplish my goal of getting full financing for a truck purchase. The reps are very down to earth, respectable and work around your schedule. I'm very pleased with my rep Lisa Gargiulo. Even though my entire process was online and over the phone, never once did i feel scared to share my personal information. They're very technical making sure all documents match, correct spelling etc... overall I would recommend them to anyone looking for financing without tons of headaches. These people are bottom feeders These people are bottom feeders. Used them to finance a cosmetic machine and all was well for first two years and then the pandemic hit. My office is in Manhattan and was closed for 6 months in 2020. I couldn't make payments and offered to pay them less over a longer time and they refused to negotiate. I continued to pay them 50% EVERY MONTH and they sued me!! And now got a ridiculous judgement for late fees, legal fees etc. All along they refused to listen to reason. What kind of people do this in a pandemic?? Had it not been for the pandemic this would not have happened. In NYC we, the medical workers (I'm a primary care physician) were putting our lives on the line trying to help people during the pandemic. We didn't ask for money, we just did it. But these people don't care. All they care about is money no matter what the extenuating circumstances. Shame on you!!! Cathy Carron MD
