USWe ordered a hundred tags for our… We ordered a hundred tags for our animal rescue over 2 weeks ago. Had a call saying they didn't have that one stock so we picked another. I asked when they will ship she told me in a couple days. I am still waiting, I've called and it only ever says they are closed so nobody ever answers and I've emailed with no reply. Still no tags and no response!

SKNot only did the transport take a long… Not only did the transport take a long time and the communication was at a very low level, but also the quality of the products is zero. the tag was damaged only when I put the ring on it, the tex is printed skewed and overall, when you hold the tag in your hand, it works completely cheaply (price-quality ratio - absolutely bad)

CANOT secure payment! Get charged for nothing. Poor customer service! If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have bought tags from here 3 times. It has been over a month since I have purchased anything. I was charged 3 times now for nothing. Seen it on my bank info. I haven’t been on website to even order anything. Got charged for nothing!! Not secure payment! I have emailed them 2 times, no reply. I have called sent them a screen shot of my account for proof and they haven’t sent me a email back or my money. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed that payment info is NOT secure.

USA well-engraved tag isn't any good if it doesn't stay on the dog. The tag itself is about the size of a five cent coin. The online photos show the loop on the tag is as thick as the tag itself.....wrong! It is about 1/3 as thick and the tag broke off at the loop after only 3 days on my dog's collar. I found it on the bedroom floor. My 9 year old pointer isn't real active anymore, so it wasn't playing rough that broke it. My guess was him scratching an itch. A well-engraved tag isn't any good if it doesn't stay on the dog.
