GBUbiquity trainwreck from start to finish... I have a PCRA account with Charles Schwab in which Ubiquity is the administrator. I have verified with Schwab that there is NO NAMED TRUSTEE on the PCRA account. I have been informed by Schwab that only Ubiquity has the authority to name me as Trustee over my company PCRA account, I am a small business owner with just myself and my wife participating in the safe harbor 401k at Ubiquity. The advice I was given by Ubiquity is to terminate my agreement with them and that would "release my money" but that is extremely poor fiduciary advice because that would freeze and lock my money into the PCRA account at Schwab since there is no named Trustee. I have been trying to communicate with Ubiquity for months regarding this issue with absolutely no help and refusal to let me speak with a manager that understands what they are doing. I am thankful to the PCRA team at Schwab for providing me with good advice and I am in complete shock at the lack of customer service, fiduciary responsibility, and knowledge at Ubiquity. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM DEALING WITH THE SAME DISASTER, DO NOT WALK BUT RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have had nothing but issues with this company from day one, I trusted their marketing that they focus on helping small business owners but they dont, they only take your business and leave you with no direction, no communication, and charge you quarterly to treat you like trash.

GBAsk for Diana! After a rough start signing up with the sales person, Diana went above and beyond to guide me through the whole process of opening an Individual 401k which is much more complicated than I expected. I truly appreciate how Diana helped me deal with the heavy procedures in place at the brokerage firm where I opened the account. Thanks again!

GBName change made easy I was a bit nervous calling about a name change, but Elaina was amazing. She clearly explained the process and sent me a follow up email with detailed steps. Once initially submitted, Elaina was very quick to suggest adding one missing bit of documentation and then everything was processed the same day. Absolutely incredible, as I was sure this could drag on for a while. My only constructive criticism is the hold music could be better. It kind of makes you tense. :-) But thank you for a very positive experience.

BEI had a lot of contact with the people Darla Fulmer and Chris Billman I had a lot of contact with the people of Ubiquity about the 401K-plan. As I'm from Belgium, it's not always to understand everything because we don't know such a plan. The help of both Darla Fulmer and Chris Billman is so much appreciated. They've both tried to give me as much information as possible for me to understand everything. Their help was worth as gold and is really appreciated.

GBExercised good judgement in proactively solving our problem Ubiquity actively discovered we had accidentally submitted 2 requests for employer contributions when we had meant to only send 1. They exercised good judgement in holding off in processing our second request until we were able to confirm what we wanted to do, which took us over 24 hours to respond. They then helped us resolve the issue, which required reconciliation between the first request and cancelled second request. They did a great job of ensuring we didn't do anything accidentally wrong. Thank you!
