USName change made easy I was a bit nervous calling about a name change, but Elaina was amazing. She clearly explained the process and sent me a follow up email with detailed steps. Once initially submitted, Elaina was very quick to suggest adding one missing bit of documentation and then everything was processed the same day. Absolutely incredible, as I was sure this could drag on for a while. My only constructive criticism is the hold music could be better. It kind of makes you tense. :-) But thank you for a very positive experience.

USGreat Customer Service I just wanted to mention that Krystal B is a great customer service agent. I've dealt with a handful of agents through Ubiquity before, and Krystal has been truly the most helpful, hands down! She was able to quickly and efficiently solve a problem with payroll contributions that I've been trying to get fixed for a few weeks now. She was also polite and patient and made sure everything was correct before ending the chat. Thank you Krystal B!!

USKelley was very helpful with date changes Kelley was very helpful navigating the unusual circumstances with the PPP and payroll costs uncertainty. I wanted to be sure to reflect the exact dates covered by the Ubiquity payments, and he was clear and very helpful also I had discussed the secondary trustee with Tony (who wisely suggested it to us) awhile ago, and he reminded me of the procedure. he was great. and I appreciated the call back as I guess the phones were down when i called that day. He was conscientious in following up with me, was flexible in scheduling times to speak, walked me through the entire process step by step and answered all of my questions, event those via email promptly. USEasy to Use + Great Value As a small, high end services firm we placed a priority on upgrading our SIMPLE-IRA retirement offering to a 401K. After a year+ of meetings and quotes with salespeople from brick-and-mortar financial service providers, we were frustrated by the process and confused about true costs.
