BEWARE BEWARE, This is a terrible app. It constantly crashes and glitches, there is now way to delete your account, so beware. Also, no customer support and it doesn't provide you anything that the studentaid.ed.gov website doesn't already do. I am highly suspicious this app is just to gather information about your loans and sell it to third parties. Use caution when trying this app.

no one will contact you Once you link your loans you cannot unlink them and there is no response from support. I am anxious for having down this and can’t find any way to delete the account.

They weren’t able to help me at all They weren’t able to help me at all. They made errors and left things off when submitting my loan forgiveness application. They had more errors than I did, when I tried to submit on my own.
