I'm very concerned about who took ok… I'm very concerned about who took ok this company. I just applied for credit just to see what it says. I received a message stating I can't get credit at this time, when I'm already a customer for years with this company and great credit with company. These new onwner needs to be investigated.

Personalized Sales Experience I Recived a very personalized sales process. Shopping for appliances is a very difficult during supply shortages. Working with Howard Steinert. He worked with me to find specific Maytag Washer with the earliest delivery date, that worked around my holiday plans. As they transition to the new website, I am sure the experience will get better. Note: this is pay by the week. They do not directly finance, but they do pair you with somebody to finance your purchase.

Awesome Customer Service Well let me begin with tell you how absolutely pleased I am with my interaction with Luther Sales! From applying for credit, to placing the order, to delivery...I always received top notch customer service from anyone I have emailed with, texted, or spoke with! I wish I could give them zero stars I wish I could give them zero stars! I places an order in Feb and was suppose to receive my items within two weeks! They took 2 payments out of my paycheck for almost $200 and kept telling me my item is back ordered. After a month I told them to cancel! They advised me once they confirmed I’ve disconnected my paycheck and no other funds are coming out then they would refund me! It’s been almost 3 weeks and no one has refunded me! I can only get a hold of them via text. No one is picking up or returning my calls! I’m sooo pissed!

Worst company ever!!!!! Worst company ever!!!!!! They have taken a significant amount of money out of my pay for over a month waited 2 months total for my order to ship when it clearly stated online and via contract 3-5DAYS!!!! Was even promised gift card for the severe delay still never received order so order was cancelled they promised my money would be returned on month 3 now they still have not returned my money nor will they return my calls emails or messages. I am currently in of pursuing the matter with my attorney!!!!!
