GBSomething has definitely changed with… Something has definitely changed with Luther Sales. The communication and delivery used to be so great but this time I have been waiting for my merchandise for nearly two months! No matter what number I call, I always get the same person. She is very kind and respectful, but she needs more help. It’s as if she’s the only customer service rep. I do believe they are now screening my calls and not answering when they realize it is me. This is all unacceptable! They have been so reliable in the past. I just want my merchandise and it’s as if they are making no efforts to get it to me. They simply do not care! I don’t want to cancel because my daughter needs a new cell phone so I was going to get myself a new one and give her mine. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. They no longer care about their customers.

GBI am due a refund due to overpayment on… I am due a refund due to overpayment on my account. It has been almost 2 months and I am having an issue with staff returning my call and I keep getting the run around. Already filed a BBB complaint and also with my attorney generals office.

GBNo REFUND Ordered something, after waiting for 2 months for it to arrive i canceled my order and asked for a refund. Its been another 2 months and i still have yet to receive my refund. Stay FAR away from this company!

GBGreat at keeping customer informed I ordered a new living room set, to replace my current living room set purchased from this company 10 years prior. The previous living room set had limitless durability and survived my two sons, a cat and a dog. I replaced this living room set with another.I spoke with the CSR's Emem James, and she reassured me that my new set would wear well and be just as durable as the last. I will continue to do business with Luther Sales.

GBI've had several great experiences with… I've had several great experiences with the online company LutherSales – the selections they offer are impressive and the prices were competitive. My customer service rep Mr. Larry Lindsey is also excellent. I just love how he offers good knowledge of the items that I'm interested in and the wonderful program of Buy Now, Pay Later system which helps a whole lot with my credit score. Thank you Larry, you've made me and my family very happy.
