No REFUND Ordered something, after waiting for 2 months for it to arrive i canceled my order and asked for a refund. Its been another 2 months and i still have yet to receive my refund. Stay FAR away from this company!

Awesome Customer Service Well let me begin with tell you how absolutely pleased I am with my interaction with Luther Sales! From applying for credit, to placing the order, to delivery...I always received top notch customer service from anyone I have emailed with, texted, or spoke with! I'm very concerned about who took ok… I'm very concerned about who took ok this company. I just applied for credit just to see what it says. I received a message stating I can't get credit at this time, when I'm already a customer for years with this company and great credit with company. These new onwner needs to be investigated.

Great at keeping customer informed I ordered a new living room set, to replace my current living room set purchased from this company 10 years prior. The previous living room set had limitless durability and survived my two sons, a cat and a dog. I replaced this living room set with another.I spoke with the CSR's Emem James, and she reassured me that my new set would wear well and be just as durable as the last. I will continue to do business with Luther Sales.

Never again I had used this company in the past with no issues but over 4 months ago I ordered a couple of items that should have been received within 2 weeks. I was never updated on status and had to contact the company. I was repeatedly asked to give them extra time until finally 2 months later I told them to cancel and refund my money. It has been over a month and my money has not been returned. I have again contacted the company and they have stated there is no update. I will not use this company again in the future! If communication were initiated it would be one thing but they avoid messages for several days or longer until you email them repeatedly for answers.
