GBI can't complain so far I would say great service in terms of my investment itself, however, when it comes to customer service, it appears higher priority is given to dynamic account holders during peak periods. Please work on this.

GBI cannot withdraw my money I submitted a withdrawal request 8 days ago but still have not received my funds. At first the company said they were experiencing delays due to a recent upgrade done to their payment system, which created a backlog. But it has been 8 days already. If it were an ACH bank transfer, such a delay might be understandable, but all the transfers with JUX are supposed to be done in crypto (USDC or ETH), so it doesn't make any sense. I had even requested to make the transfer manually to avoid further delay. They said they'd explore that option but I haven't heard from them since. For the past 3 days, no one from the company has even responded to my inquiries. I tried email, live chat, WhatsApp, and Telegram. I'm getting very concerned now. I will remove this review when I actually receive my funds in my wallet.

GBI’m still getting used to this service I’m still getting used to this service. I opened my account in late November and since then till now, my account growth has been quite consistent and in line with the projections. I am a more traditional investor, so I still need a bit more time to accept this sort of investing with full confidence. But so far the firm has been very professional and transparent and performance has been breath taking, so I cannot fail to commend them on that.

Although response times may vary, staff are very polite, and knowledgeable. I'm only six months in but so far, so good. Keep up the good work.
