I cannot withdraw my money I submitted a withdrawal request 8 days ago but still have not received my funds. At first the company said they were experiencing delays due to a recent upgrade done to their payment system, which created a backlog. But it has been 8 days already. If it were an ACH bank transfer, such a delay might be understandable, but all the transfers with JUX are supposed to be done in crypto (USDC or ETH), so it doesn't make any sense. I had even requested to make the transfer manually to avoid further delay. They said they'd explore that option but I haven't heard from them since. For the past 3 days, no one from the company has even responded to my inquiries. I tried email, live chat, WhatsApp, and Telegram. I'm getting very concerned now. I will remove this review when I actually receive my funds in my wallet.

Was privileged to learn about JUX… Was privileged to learn about JUX through my former employers, institutional clients at the time. It is rare to find a firm like this that gives access to individual investors, and does so in such an efficient manner. 5 star all round experience.

Scam They are a Nigerian scam. They took everyone's money and closed down the website.
