Since April 8th "INVALID ACCOUNT" Since April 8th, everytime I try to log in to my account I get the same ouput "Invalid Account." I have had 1 payout but since then it seems they are ghosting me. Same responses, same unusefull feedback... This is being a nightmare. Very very unfair Novafunding... I honeslty hope this matter gets solved this week as they re launched evaluations. As always I will get the same response. Lets see if someone from the Team actually helps. In that case my account number its 1182188. I will post any update.

Nova pays Nova pays ! Is you are aware of the rules and follow them, they will pay you out. This is my 3rd payout with Nova. I reached the 6% max for the account and they payed out. It did take some time, although they are a growing company and have doubled in size multiple times. I’m sure they are going to get through this transition to mantatrade and we will be able to trade on mobile again soon. From my experience so far with them I can say they do pay. Once the backlog of payouts are complete I believe it’ll be smooth sailing moving forward. Thanks Nova team for always keeping it transparent and keeping us in the know.

It has been over a month now It has been over a month now, since accounts migration, my logins are invalid, support keep on saying I should be patient. Nova used to be a good firm, but from my observation now, I think they are using delay tactics to keep traders out of the market. I go in for a 1 star rating now till I get my issue sorted before I can upgrade
