Received payout finally after a month Received payout finally after a month! However the new account doesn’t work, you can’t use mt4 mobile to log in and manta trade isn’t a useable server! The web trader is also rubbish, very hard to place trades and can’t view all pairs! Connection is really bad for the server, I would avoid nova until they resolve these issues! Not being able to use mobile is a massive issue, they need to ask manta trade to contact meta trader to upload their server!

It has NEVER taken this long. Now I lost a week of trading to start on my 80/20 split account. This is a horrible look. Most likely will go to another prop firm and get a refund because this is ridiculous

I have been a loyal customer to Nova… I have been a loyal customer to Nova for about a year now, but I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care and attention that Nova is giving me back. I have been waiting for my payout for over 3 weeks now and I can't trade because I'm waiting to get my account back. This is the second time that this happens, I have contacted Nova about this but I keep getting generic responses. This is completely unacceptable and I have no trust for this firm. Where is the trust? Where is the accountability? I want my payout at once. It is completely unacceptable to halt people's lives in this manner. Account number: 254896.

STILL CANT GET INTO MY TRADING ACCOUNTS I’ve been a loyal customer to nova for over 6 months, I’ve had payouts previously with relatively no problems but I’m beyond disappointed with the way last month has gone. I received my new accounts at the start of April and couldn’t get logged in due to new mt4 migration (no problem) 3 weeks on from the migration I still can not get logged on to my accounts. I keep getting fobbed off with ‘we will email you when sorted’ and ignored on live chat so I have no idea what is going on. I have asked to speak to a manager and have been ignored again. Will be taking my business elsewhere very soon.
