USdeceptive! Added $2300 broker fees after closing! The title company RCN used added $2300 in broker fees AFTER I signed the closing documents. They all seemed very confused about how this happened and why I should be upset about it. I ended up feeling taken advantage of and manipulated. Won’t be doing business with them again.

USOne of the best I had an issue with my appraisal. Dana and her team did what no other lender would do- assessed the asset in-depth, forestall the closing and make it all happen.
