Draw on rehab funds horribly managed Communication zero to none on how the draw of funds will be handled. Inspector unreliable. Unable to draw on money appropriately to complete the rehab for a smooth process. Project on temporary hold to complete the rehab as RCN will not release the funds that we have paid out of pocket to the contractors.......

Trust Eileen with your business I had a great experience working with Eileen Mazza @ RCN. I've worked with a number of commercial Loan Officers, both as an investor and a Real Estate agent. Eileen puts them all to shame with her work ethic and phenomenal communication. Overall a most excellent experience with top notch performance on their part. RCN Capital responded and closed our loan in record time! The only minor challenge centered around lapses in communication after the closing had taken place regarding some post closing matters. As a result some things took much longer to get answered than necessary. I would highly recommend this company and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
