I purchased trial and did not realize… I purchased trial and did not realize it was a subscription. I didn't get anything in return I had no idea how access training so I took it as a loss. Then I was charged a subscription they won't refund. Do not buy. I contacted PayPal and am waiting to hear. I hope you read this before you buy.

This is a very clever scam This is a very clever scam. The way they sell you the product is hoping you forget to cancel after the initial offer then start paying a much higher rate which is not listed in your transactions as "doggy plan" so it's not obvious. I lost over £200 as I was not sure what this payment was and had to check it all out to realise then cancel. I didn't even use the service as I had a lot of personal issues going on and couldn't get the time to even start. I did not get any welcome or info emails from them when I signed up either. So disappointed and feel utterly scammed. Customer Service was poor. No refund given at all and their communication took no notice of my points raised at all. Don't do it. Get a proper live dog trainer. It would have been cheaper and better!

Don't go with this Company, Go to U Tube for Free We signed up with this company to get help for our 1 yr old puppy. Right away we started seeing stuff on the Videos that were off. ( Like the Voice Playback, Etc......) After a couple responses back n forth we decided this program wasn't for us. We requested a Refund, but they refused. Fine !!!!!!!! We then asked to Cancel our Subscription & are getting the run around. It terrible Nightmare !!!!!!!!!

Total scam Total scam, it seems like they used other peoples training videos and recorded over the talking with a robo voice.

Wish I had read the reviews first Wish I had read the reviews first! Paid for the training, AT NO POINT does it tell you it's subscription, just asks how long you want access for so I chose 24 weeks. It was only by chance a couple of days later when I clicked on comments on FB and saw all the people complaining about the subscription that I knew. Having now visited Trustpilot I can see it's the same for everyone. Videos very poor quality, only watched 1 and new it wouldn't be for me but certainly not on a subscription basis either. There are so much better ones out there. This company is very close to working as a scam with how they advertise. I emailed to cancel and it was a rigmarole. Very vague wording so doesn't actually state you're unsubscribed. Left it a week and emailed back asking if I was now unsubscribed to then receive an email saying I was still subbed and maybe I wanted to continue? I said no, please cancel. Received another email asking if I was sure? I said yes, please cancel. Then another email to say they'd offer me a discount so had to get very assertive but finally received confirmation it's cancelled!
