GBTimothy canceled my subscription - with no hassles. Timothy canceled my subscription immediately without many questions. I have no issue with the product, it just didn't meet our needs. However, when I signed up, I didn't realize it was a subscription. My bad.

GBZERO:SCAM stay away! Paid $19.99 to watch a couple POORLY done videos on leash walking. Dog training supposedly! Didn’t know it was a trial to a subscription. No where did it say this. Next thing I know I’m getting charged $49.99 for the next two months as an auto renewed subscription renewal. I cancelled any further renewals through PayPal. Not only were the videos awful and of very poor quality, you can’t request a refund through their site or through PayPal. Biggest SCAM out there. Stay away and go watch yourself a you tube video! Oh yeah, the charge on your bank statement shows up as Gentenox Enterprises Limited!!

GBTotal scam Total scam. As others have said you don’t realise you’ve signed up for a subscription service until they hit you with a further bill for 3 times what you paid in the first place (£79.99 in my case!). Like others after first few lessons I stopped using as terribly dubbed. I did eventually get the second payment refunded, but it took a lot of doing!

GBThe videos are short but helpful and… The videos are short but helpful and straight to the point. Ive watched many social media videos and paid lots of money for courses. But this is by far the best tutorial ever! And the price is right!!!

GBI wouldn’t even give this place a one I… I wouldn’t even give this place a one I recently rescued a dog not my first rescue either I’ve had other dogs that were deaf and blind, but this one has behavioral issues so I reached out to the plan and tried it out for two days and when I tell you that my dog would not respond to any of BASIC TRAINING They offer here is an understatement. I thought I had canceled it that day and was unaware that I needed to actually email them to get it canceled. There’s no telephone number listed to speak with anybody. I contacted them right after they charge my card on a 30 day, mark explained that I even showed the app to my vet and they said that this was not going to work for my dog, I explained that to Doggy plan as well and they refused to give me my full months money back when I didn’t even use it. I contacted them right away after the charge. I have plenty of conversations between myself and Doggy plan regarding my refund that they refused to give me , she just wants to keep talking about guidelines, Audrey’s customer service skills are very poor. They don’t care about helping out your dog at all. They only want your money. I promise do not use them. Beware spread the word all of Us for baby parents love our dogs so much that we would do anything for them in this company knows that and they’re looking to take advantage of you and your wallet .
