GBCheap AI Audio Garbage They provide cheap, unprofessional videos using AI audio that does not match the speaker at all. It’s worse than watching old dubbed movies. Difficult to watch which guarantees it will not be successful because I can’t stand watching or listening. Garbage.

CABeing charged for unwanted programs This program is not what works with me or my dog. Also I ordered, received and paid for basic program. But was charged $69.64 in both March and April for other materials.

GBScam scam scam! Scam scam scam!! Looks like you are purchasing a one off package, then 3 months later charge £79.99. Plan and videos are awful and not helpful at all, they refuse to refund when you realise it is a scam! Avoid this offer!!

GBThis is a very clever scam This is a very clever scam. The way they sell you the product is hoping you forget to cancel after the initial offer then start paying a much higher rate which is not listed in your transactions as "doggy plan" so it's not obvious. I lost over £200 as I was not sure what this payment was and had to check it all out to realise then cancel. I didn't even use the service as I had a lot of personal issues going on and couldn't get the time to even start. I did not get any welcome or info emails from them when I signed up either. So disappointed and feel utterly scammed. Customer Service was poor. No refund given at all and their communication took no notice of my points raised at all. Don't do it. Get a proper live dog trainer. It would have been cheaper and better!

GBI wouldn’t even give this place a one I… I wouldn’t even give this place a one I recently rescued a dog not my first rescue either I’ve had other dogs that were deaf and blind, but this one has behavioral issues so I reached out to the plan and tried it out for two days and when I tell you that my dog would not respond to any of BASIC TRAINING They offer here is an understatement. I thought I had canceled it that day and was unaware that I needed to actually email them to get it canceled. There’s no telephone number listed to speak with anybody. I contacted them right after they charge my card on a 30 day, mark explained that I even showed the app to my vet and they said that this was not going to work for my dog, I explained that to Doggy plan as well and they refused to give me my full months money back when I didn’t even use it. I contacted them right away after the charge. I have plenty of conversations between myself and Doggy plan regarding my refund that they refused to give me , she just wants to keep talking about guidelines, Audrey’s customer service skills are very poor. They don’t care about helping out your dog at all. They only want your money. I promise do not use them. Beware spread the word all of Us for baby parents love our dogs so much that we would do anything for them in this company knows that and they’re looking to take advantage of you and your wallet .
