ROFinally a service that offered what I need Before I found HomeUnion, I avoided real estate investment for two reasons. First, I didn’t want to buy homes locally, where an economic downturn could wipe out the value of the homes (think southeast Michigan). I wanted to diversify regionally. Second, I wanted to actually own the property, so REITs (which can be well diversified) don’t appeal to me because I wouldn’t own anything but a paper note. HomeUnion solves this paradigm for me. Through their platform I invest with confidence across the country, AND I own every property in my portfolio. They also provide a huge amount of valuable analytics to help investors find properties to match their goals. I highly recommend their service to real estate investors.

GBClearly Fake Reviews Clearly fake reviews. High acquisition fees that the investor needs to pay out of pocket.. Any other Realtor would take your business for free. Then your property management is subcontracted out and marked up so HomeUnion makes money on the service. You are better off calling a local Realtor in the area as you'll save a 3.5% acquisition fee and won't have to pay HomeUnion's additional margin that they markup on the Property Management side.

GBGreat experience so far! This is our first time investing in rental real estate. Gary Nguyen was very helpful in answering all of our questions, no matter how small. He really listened to what we wanted and customized our wishlist accordingly. But the best part was that when we found a property that we thought would be a good investment, he actually said "no, don't buy this" after the inspection report was completed. He then led us to another property and jumped on it so we wouldn't lose it - we are very pleased with our recent purchase and look forward to our first rental check and our next purchase.
