Excellent Service We were absolutely satisfied with the service provided by Sandra Zuniga. She is very knowledgeable and diligently walked us through the refinancing process and addressed all our questions, concerns in detail and on time. From her introductory email to the closing date, she frequently provided us with updates on the market rates, loan application, and the closing process. Her coordination with the title company was exceptional which certainly helped us sail through the closing process with ease. DONT GET SCREWED OVER They assigned a new loan officer to the company for us and he didn’t do enough research. He was not communicative with us. Ended up loosing out deal and along with that lost our escrow and option money.. terrible service, never even called to apologize for their mistakes.
