My loan officer, Robert Reagan, was fantastic. Always answered my calls, day or night, and provided great reasonable answers. The documents required weren't oppressive and ever changing as I've experienced in other refinancing. Closing was a little messy but every closing I've been through has had some dicey moments and this wasn't an insurmountable problem. I'm confident they will learn from it and get better.
