Visio Lending provides a product that fills a gap in other lending products and made it possible for us to obtain a beautiful property. There are some differences with Visio that would have been helpful to know in advance such as the difference in CA closing laws vs MI. ('wet' vs 'dry')

Don't trust them. Would not recommend. Spent almost 3 months trying to get them to put a deal together and they came back with an appraisal that was 75% of the value of what my property was appraised at just 3 months ago (prior to renovations). These guys are used car salesmen hacks. Don't buy the "easy to close" BS, this will take longer and waste more of your time than your local bank. Also, their terms are worse than most banks. They have pre-payment penalties, which most banks I work with do not.

Good innovative company to work with Good innovative company to work with. I could do way more deals if they had smaller balance loans. The money is a little slow to reach the client and brokers who bring the deals to get paid. Overall decent experience. I couldn't give a better rating because of this very important point. If they could get better with the communication when the loan programs change, a change in the every day way of doing things with our customers, better title companies and notaries to use, and money disbursements, they would be fantastic, because everything else is great.

Then they reneged on it. Now the seller will be going after me for liquidated damages. They haven’t had the courage to call me to even give me an explanation!!!! Run fast from this company they are absolutely the WORST! Incompetent is throughout this scam of a lender!!!!

Good, honest company… The most stream-lined refinance I have ever done. Nick was very responsive when I requested rates (very competitive), cash back scenarios, etc. We had a small hiccup on our end but Visio worked diligently to resolve and still close our loan timely. Highly recommend Visio Lending, we will definitely use them again, we are so grateful!
