I am Dealing with a broker there named… I am Dealing with a broker there named Jose salcedo. He is absolutely the worst. Does not return calls or emails. I left a phone message and email with Visio telling them I would like to have a another broker on my file and they don’t return any messages either. The funny thing is I have 2 outstanding loans with them and never missed 1 payment to them in 2 years. Just horrible unprofessional company to deal with at this point. Call Lima Capital for better service and rates.

James is great! I enjoyed working with James. He is a charismatic and prompt agent. One thing he can do better is to break down the additional fees and documents list early in the process. We noticed that other lenders agents do that and we find it helpful. Other than that, he did a great job navigating us through the process until the very end. Because of the experience we had with him, we would do more business with Visio.

They are called “The American Greed” The company delayed my mortgage on purpose to increase the annual percentage rate. It did not matter that I paid extra fee to have the appraisal expedited as well as the mortgage application. I will not recommend them to anybody. The company has also hidden fees that will be disclose a day before closing date.

Good innovative company to work with Good innovative company to work with. I could do way more deals if they had smaller balance loans. The money is a little slow to reach the client and brokers who bring the deals to get paid. Overall decent experience. I couldn't give a better rating because of this very important point. If they could get better with the communication when the loan programs change, a change in the every day way of doing things with our customers, better title companies and notaries to use, and money disbursements, they would be fantastic, because everything else is great.
