I am Dealing with a broker there named… I am Dealing with a broker there named Jose salcedo. He is absolutely the worst. Does not return calls or emails. I left a phone message and email with Visio telling them I would like to have a another broker on my file and they don’t return any messages either. The funny thing is I have 2 outstanding loans with them and never missed 1 payment to them in 2 years. Just horrible unprofessional company to deal with at this point. The money is a little slow to reach the client and brokers who bring the deals to get paid. Overall decent experience. I couldn't give a better rating because of this very important point. If they could get better with the communication when the loan programs change, a change in the every day way of doing things with our customers, better title companies and notaries to use, and money disbursements, they would be fantastic, because everything else is great.
