Trust. The first time I went thru Peachtree for an advance on my settlement. I thought "Wow, for the amount of money I would be getting, they, Peachtree, is getting double. Granted, I know they have workers, they are paying legal fees. I was in a bind and need the money, what I could get. Then months later, things were going wrong. So me being ?, I went back to peachtree again. Again They are getting double the mount that I got, but again I need the money. I think that they use that on you. They know that you are desperate, you need help and they take advantage of that. They say that they have to look ahead, the payments are not going to be worth what they are now. You know, How do they know what is in the future? I then asked for an advancement. After knowing when the court date was, when I talked to the salesman, he said sure. no problem. So me trusting someone told me on Thursday that No it the state you are in. I'm disappointed, upset at them AND me. I should have listened to the other person talking in my head. If you are in a situation like I am, sometimes you do the wrong thing.
