Peachtree was helpful and efficient. Peachtree, particularly Ms. Nicole Merton, was always helpful and always responded quickly. Other than waiting for the judge's signature, my experience was excellent. Even then, Ms. Merton, was reassuring and on top of things. Good job!

Seriously Seriously, do the math before you do this. Not one person said to 18 year old me, "Hey, did you do the math on that?" I'm in it to these guys for like a half million dollars, and I've received something like 50k over 20 years. Because once I used the first one and was super assured it was a fair deal when it's more like a long term loan with a 1000% interest rate. Really. Do the math. Now I'm stuck in these deals, and there's no way out, but I can warn people. My experience is older than it lets me date, since they've merged and changed names a few times.

Peach review. Overall my experience with my dealings have been Good! I received my money as promised. My individual that I was dealing with was very well professional and courteous! What I didn't like is that fact that in Florida that they only dealt with this one court that seem to have more cases then there are cars on the road thus making you wait so long to drag out the process! It shouldn't take more then 3 to 4 weeks and not 8 weeks(two months)! The other thing I don't like is that if I dealt with the company on more then two transactions, that I have to complete the same redundant paperwork on the preliminary beginning of the process and have to bring up such personal things that has happened in my past such as my divorce and my children's support! That it hasn't changed.... That is such a pain in the *** to keep filling or telling someone (stranger) over and over again! The last thing is this! My accident and lawsuit was filed in Trenton NJ and had nothing to do with the people of the state of Florida. Though I currently live in this state after my case settlement. Why is it the business of the court to publish to the public my early withdraw of funds! I'm sick and tired of the ******* sending me flyers and giving me phone calls telling me that Peachtree has shafted me and that I should of gotten more for my money! That is just total Bologny and that this Practice should be stopped. I don't go to the courts and ask for that ignorant persons financial dealings... It would be considered none of my business. I feel as so do others that this should not be allowed. NON OF THERE ****** Business either! So Sorry fore my Written Language. I get very emotional over it!

The sweetest peach on the tree!! After being one who was quite skeptical of these types of companies, I was quite pleased with how smooth the process was to receive my money. The lady who Ive been dealing during this whole ordeal has been great! She told me up front how everything would work, and she continues to call to make sure everything is still ok. Very appreciative of great customer service such as this.
