GBHIGH ALPHA documented as worse than an S&P500 index fund Their presentation to sell their premium service HIGH ALPHA used examples of recommendations that were never actually made by HIGH ALPHA. I did a spreadsheet of every recommendation made by HIGH ALPHA since its inception in Sep-2019. The annualized return was 4.5% compared to over 8% for the S&P500 in the same period. Those are the cold hard facts. Altimetry asked by email for a time to speak on the phone for Oct-3-2022. I gave them a 45-minute appt and my phone number. They never called, nor did they ever further communicate by any other method as of Oct-7-2022.

GBThe $2500 offer is still up, terms are very clear I have not used the service yet, but Altimetry is very transparent on their offer made this month. (The Chaikin and Litman video). The link provided at the end of the 1+ hour video still works as shown, and still provides all of the 'value' they claim. $2500 all in and the term is auto-renew by default. The refund is also CREDIT TOWARDS furture purchases, not back on the card, so best to be sold on subscribing before pushing the button. It looks like a strong offer for those willing to invest in Chaikin-style advise, using a different "Beyond-GAAP" lens.

GB"glitch" fixed I had experienced a "glitch" in the system that prevented me from seeing the Altimeter. After working with Meg B. for several days, she was able to get IT to get it fixed. I want to say that Meg B. was awesome from the start, she kept emailing me with status and always answered my questions. This was top rate customer service from Meg B.

GBPoor performance Poor performance, warning the refund they talk about is limited to 30 days and I never saw it mentioned in the ad. These guys are connected to Chaikin who sent out a false pre-market SCMI BUY recommendation and were so incompetent that they didn't notify me of the error until after trading hours and the SCMI stock dropped over %10. I don’t expect them to be always right with advice, but I expect intentional advice, not erroneous costly advice.

GBCalled Customer service to get help with website Called Customer service to get help with a website question. Meg B. helped me quickly and wanted to know if I had any other questions as a new subscriber. She was genuinely interested in helping in any way beyond my initial question. She said we are here to help and call back with any questions.
