They use Scam Booking Companies I booked a hotel on this site through Algotels and Algotels will not respond to my request to cancel. Have sent at least 6 messages to customer services with no response and when I go to website to cancel I receive an error message. I would not use Trivago since you could end up booking through Algotels on their site.....RUN

Trivago is almost a scam Trivago is almost a scam. They transferred my hotel reservation to a website (PriceTravel). But that website wasn't reachable to cancel the booking, even though the confirmation said "100% Refund". Nightmare. Had to go through my credit card company to resolve. NOTE...THE REPLY FROM TRIVAGO TO MY REVIEW (AND OTHERS) IS JUST AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED. AND THE EMAIL ADDRESSES MENTIONED DON'T WORK.

Complete waste of time Complete waste of time, which for me, equals $. I tried 2 browsers, 2 different credit cards, late night then again next AM. Could not advance beyond "Complete Booking" tab. Called their 877 number & spoke with useless, inept support, apart from giving me another 844 number to phone to complete transaction. After reading these reviews, I suspect Trivago could not complete booking because this was another bait & switch gimmick. NFW

My husband and I stayed in a B&B in… My husband and I stayed in a B&B in Scotland called Rhenetra in Arisaig. The Host Catherine aka CJ Was the most phenomenal person I have ever met. The rooms were comfortable, peaceful and immaculately clean. CJ not only went that extra mile for you but an extra ten. The views from our room were sensational. All round a stay I will never , no never forget. Every B&B should have a CJ. Catherine a big thank you from the bottom of our hearts . Maria and Ron. Review 10/10 and a great deal more.
